Since our weekend was full of photos, I figured this post should be too!
The weekend was REALLY busy, but good. My sister's little guy was sick so he didn't have that much fun, the four of us girls (me, Alaina, my sister Sally, and my niece Audrey) stayed very busy. On Friday we went to the mall and did a little shopping and hit Cheesecake Factory for lunch. Saturday was our PRINCESS DAY OUT. It was a lot of fun. In the morning the girls got their princess outfits on and we took some pictures. Alaina had wanted to be Cinderella but when we went to the Disney Store she didn't find one she liked. She did, however, find a Minnie outfit that she loved so we got that. At first I wasn't sure about it but it definitely grew on me and in the end I was sooo happy she picked it. We even had a ton of Disney workers ask where in the world we got the outfit because everyone loved it so much.
After pictures we went to the Bibbity Bobbity Boutique in Dowtown Disney. The girls had a blast having their hair and makeup done. While waiting for our appointment Alaina found the CUTEST little Micky Mouse doll that perfectly matched her outfit so she told everyone that she had "found her prince." LOL! Eventually we found a Minnie to go with it (at a different store).
After the boutique we hit RAINFOREST CAFE for lunch. Then it was onto the coffee shop (a new one that is near us and has the BEST chai!) Then we went for pedicures. Then it was home to make a birthday cake, eat dinner, eat cake, and go to bed. It was a FULL day!

While we were gone, Jason watched the three boys (Caleb, Levi, and my nephew Cole). Cole had been sick the last two nights and while we were gone Caleb started vomiting. Fun. When we put the kids to bed that night Levi started coughing and then he threw up. We had planned to go to Animal Kingdom the next day but we were pretty sure it wouldn't be happening. In the morning, Levi threw up again and then so did Alaina. We spent almost the whole morning cleaning up various spots on the carpet. Thankfully, yesterday morning was the last incident and all the kids seem to be doing much better. So, it seemed to be short lived. But still, not fun.
Since we didn't go to the park I took some more pictures for my sister. She wanted some pictures of her kids and I love having the chance to practice my photography!

Since Alaina seemed to be feeling fine we decided in the afternoon to have a few hours out. So the girls once again had a nice time out -- lunch at the African-themed McDonald's (which had some of the WORST customer service I have ever had), then we headed to the theater and saw the Veggie Tales movie THE PIRATES WHO DON'T DO ANYTHING. I feel asleep :)

So, as you can see, it was a SUPER busy few days but it was fun! My sister and her kids head out to the airport in a few minutes and I will spend the day trying to put my house back together! LOL!
Hope you have a great day!
What a fun weekend (other than the sickies!) Glad you got thru the princess day though with no sickies! Great pictures!

Oh you have to tell me what you thought of the Veggie Movie! I haven't seen it but I've heard some really negative things about it and so I'm curious as to what you thought. Sorry the kids got sick--that's a bummer. But it sounds like you still had a very fun weekend!
