The last four days have been sooooo nice. It think that with Jason having five days off he really just let go of work stuff and I just stepped away from the computer and we just all focused on each other. We have done so much fun stuff -- nothing extravagant, just lots of fun family time. The highlights:
-- a yummy homemade Indian dinner
-- Jason's birthday
-- lunch out at the Asian buffet
-- shopping as a family
-- longs talks
-- birthday cakes
-- the computer off
-- all five of us snuggling in bed
-- naps
-- watching the Nativity story
-- decorating Easter eggs
-- Easter Sunday church
-- pancakes for breakfast
-- lots of pictures
-- lunch with friends
-- looking for those eggs!
-- lots of kisses
Seriously, it has just been the most relaxing and wonderful time. I feel refreshed and rejuvenated. That's good, and healthy.
Jason is off again today but I have a serious amount of work to do so it is a "work day" for me today. Jason just left with the kiddos and will be gone a good part of the day so I can work in the quiet.

A swimsuit update! Well, I FINALLY found a swimsuit! I absolutely adored the one from Lands End and I really appreciate everyone telling me they are worth the price. But when we were out shopping on Friday I found one fairly similar in cut and style and it was only $30. I decided to get it for now and then when I am done losing weight (I still have a bit to go) I will splurge and get the one from Lands End. I just couldn't come to grips with spending $100 on a suit that might not fit me in a few months. Thanks, everyone, for listening to be whine about the whole thing and offering your suggestions!

My favorite picture of the weekend...
I just love this! I really wish I had done what I wanted and taken the screen out. Every night as we are getting the kids ready for bed I notice this fun light coming in Alaina's window. So, I decided to play with the camera a little bit and see what I got. Well, Levi wanted to join in on the fun. He found a little "friend" in the window and was chatting away. So incredibly sweet!

Since I wasn't on the computer much I didn't scrap much. I did a really quick one on Saturday night for Susan's LIFT WITH A TWIST challenge. Who can resist a coupon to the Shabby Shoppe?
And I did a super quick one last night while I was waiting for Jason to watch the Nativity Story with me (which, by the way, I thought was an excellent movie. We ordered it from Netflix a few weeks ago but we never got around to watching it. So glad we finally did it!)

I hope you all have a fabulous day and had a fabulous weekend! Enjoy your Monday!
Oh - I can't wait to see the Nativity Story - glad to hear you liked it! I cannot believe that you can just whip out a page while waiting on your hubby - so nice!!! Love it too! Look how big Levi looks in that picture!

Sounds like such a fabulous weekend!! Love seeing all your pictures. That one of Levi is so great! And ditto MandaKay...it's really not right that you can just whip out a page while waiting for your husband like that! I wish I could scrap that quickly!

Janet, those are GREAT pages! I love the prince charming one, and Chicken Tikka Masala is one of my favorite Indian dishes. Don't you just wish you'd had some roti chanai to go with it?!
